Connecting your Meraki Organization to isofy enables full functionality of your Cisco Meraki appliances with isofy, including private network provisioning and management, bandwidth and utilization reporting, and dynamic data port functionality.
To connect your Meraki Organization to your isofy account:
During new site creation, enter your Meraki API variables when prompted.
Note: if you need additional help, or need to complete this after new site creation, reach out to our support team at support@isofy.tech
At the conclusion of the site creation process, you will see a success message. Click View Dashboard to proceed:
Navigate to the left pane, under Settings, and select Equipment. You will then see a list of any connected network equipment at your site. This is also where you will add each Meraki network appliance by clicking Add Equipment:
Select the network appliance you would like to add from the drop-down list. You will then be prompted to enter details for the device.
Click add at the bottom of the details page once complete. You will then see a success message to confirm the appliance has been added to your isofy site:
You are now able to provision private networks, assign bandwidth tiers to those networks, and receive data insights from the network appliance. For Meraki switches, you will also now have the dynamic data port capability.
