Step-by-Step Guide
Follow these instructions to change a user's assigned network:
From the admin dashboard, navigate to the left-side panel and click on Users, then select Members.
In the search field on the Members page, type the full email address of the user you wish to transfer and press Enter.
Click on the user's name or profile from the search results to open their details page.
On the user's profile, locate the Virtual Network section. This will display the network the user is currently assigned to.
Click the dropdown menu next to the current network name. Begin typing the name of the new network where the user should be transferred, and select it from the list that appears.
Click "Update". The user has now been successfully transferred to the new network.
